A Quiet Season: Starting a New Rhythm Hello everyone, As the air starts to cool and the seasons begin to shift, I've been thinking a lot about pace. Life has a way of speeding up, and sometimes I find myself craving a quieter, more intentional rhythm—a way to focus on the small, meaningful things that bring a bit of peace to daily life. Lately, I've been reflecting on completing my Bronze Mencap Gateway Award. Earning that award gave me such a positive, structured way to focus on personal goals, and it really inspired me to keep that gentle momentum going in my own life. So, rather than stopping there, I've decided to design a personal, self-paced challenge for this autumn. There are no rigid school-style rules or high-pressure targets—just a few simple daily and weekly rhythms to keep me grounded over the next few months.
